The Water Screamer at 130dB is uniquely distinguished as the very loudest and most effective alarm on the market. By popular demand the Water Screamer at 130 dB was designed to penetrate walls, doors, ceilings, floors and basements. This powerful alarm is ideal for condo and high-rise properties where a vacant residence with an ongoing water incursion event must be heard and reported; consequently it is imperative that the vacant owner's alarm is sufficiently loud enough to alert a neighboring resident or a passer-by to the impending flood. This same neighbor (adjacent or below), could also be in the path of the same water damaging event and benefit from hearing the neighbor's alarm and compelled to report the Water Screamer's warning siren.

The Water Screamer's incredible volume at 130 dB is also perfect for those applications where an alarm needs to be located where obstructions or distance can mitigate an alarm's ability to be heard. The WA-3 will detect water loss and moisture from leaking pipes, water heaters, washing machines, any appliance, toilets, rising ground water, leaking roofs, and sewer backup events, which all cause property damage. Whether the water incursion starts small and develops into a large flow or is a small continual drip, serious water damage will occur. Without an early warning alarm these damaging events will go undetected until long after the problem first started.

Any alarm is only as effective if it is heard! Most competing alarms are only 85 db - 95 dB.

How The Water Screamer Works:

Without the Stand use for super low profile applications or with the Stand to elevate the Sensor Pad for condensation pan applications where some low level of moisture/water is expected and not harmful.

This sensor is used to detect rising water and then sounds the Water Alarm at whatever level you place the sump attachment/probe. For more detail see links within the right hand margin for each accessory.
